Last week saw the 2026 Nit de l’Empresa, an event organised by Rubí Town Council in collaboration with Rubí Empresa to recognise the contribution of the business community to the city’s economic, social and regional development.

Among the companies honoured was LAINCO, which received recognition for its long history and deep roots in the town of Rubí. Over the course of more than 90 years, the company has played a part in the town’s industrial and economic development, establishing over the years a business model based on innovation, growth and a commitment to the local community.

The company was represented by Maiol Serrallach, Finance Director, and Eulalia Moran, CSR + Facility Director, who are also members of the company’s founding family. Their presence symbolises, amongst other things, the historic and personal bond that has linked LAINCO with the town of Rubí since its inception.

This tribute highlights the company’s role as a leading figure in the municipality and its contribution to Rubí’s industrial and business development over the generations, whilst consistently maintaining a firm commitment to people, innovation and sustainable progress.
