Internal Information System
LAINCO, S.A. has an Internal Information System that allows any irregularity that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence to be reported, under the protection of the law.
The following persons may use this Internal Information System in all cases:
- Employees.
- Self-employed workers.
- Any person working for or under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Persons who report information on infringements obtained in the context of an employment or statutory relationship that has already ended.
- Interns and workers in training periods.
- Persons whose employment relationship has not yet begun, in cases where the information on infringements was obtained during the recruitment process.

The Internal Information System is not an emergency service. Reports submitted through this channel will not receive an immediate response.
If you wish to make a commercial or quality-related complaint, the Internal Information System is not the official channel for submitting claims.
