Attractant trap for the tomato leafminer (Tuta absoluta)
TUTA Pro Caps® is a sexual pheromone designed to capture the tomato leafminer(Tuta absoluta), a pest that primarily affects crops in the Solanaceae family (Potato, Eggplant, Tomato).

USER GUIDE
Tuta Pro Caps® syringe+ Delta Trap.
Trap setup: Assemble the trap. Place the strings to hang it. Remove the protective film from the sticky sheet. Stick the cup in the middle of the sheet. Empty the content of the syringe simply by pressing the plunger (no need to cut the tip) into the cup.
Place the sticky sheet in the trap. The moths are attracted by the sexual pheromone, enter the trap and are caught.
PEST MONITORING: DETECTION AND TRACKING
Detection period: from March to October in field-scale crops; throughout the year in greenhouses (adapt and renew the pheromone dispenser according to
the recommended diffusion time).
Trap location: hung at about 1 m above the base of the plant.
Recommended density to monitoring:
• 2-5 traps/ha for field-scale crops
• 1 trap/ha in <2500m² greenhouses
• 2-4 traps/ha in >2500m² greenhouses
