Attractant trap for the citrus mealybug (Planococcus citri)
CITRI Pro Caps® is a sexual pheromone designed to capture citrus mealybug (Planococcus citri). The larvae of the citrus mealybug are highly polyphagous, feeding on a wide range of crops such as lemon and orange trees, coffee plants, and ornamental species like amaryllis and cyclamen. Among affected crops, citrus trees are particularly vulnerable and often suffer severe damage.
CITRI Pro Caps® stands out not only for its effectiveness but also for its environmental commitment, being fully biodegradable. Its easy storage at room temperature simplifies handling under various conditions, offering convenience and flexibility in its application.

USER GUIDE
CITRI Pro Caps® in syringe + Smart Trap
Trap setup:
Remove the protective film from the sticky plate, place the green cup in the center of the plate, and empty the syringe into the cup by pressing the plunger. Cutting the tip is not necessary. Male mealybugs are attracted by the sexual pheromone and become trapped on the sticky surface.
PEST MONITORING: DETECTION AND TRACKING
› DETECTION PERIOD: From April to October. Depends on the location (adjust and replace the pheromone dispenser according to the recommended release duration).
› TRAP PLACEMENT: Hang in the crop or on the tree.
› RECOMMENDED DENSITY: 1 trap per hectare.
