Last June 19, LAINCO, in collaboration with the Banc de Sang i Teixits de Catalunya (Catalan Blood and Tissue Bank) held, for the third consecutive year, its traditional blood donation at its facilities in Rubí.

In this edition, 40 people came to collaborate in the donation, although, for various reasons, 34 people were finally able to donate. It is worth mentioning that 7 of the donors made their first blood donation. Through this small gesture is born the opportunity to save lives and help patients who depend on it to live normally.

This day has become a symbol of solidarity, empathy and fight for life, making it an important date for LAINCO.

From here we want to thank the Banc de Sang i Teixits de Catalunya for the excellent organization and professionalism, from the medical assistance with the donors to the preparation of our facilities so that everything was perfect. And also to recognize all those who collaborated and helped to save lives.
