On May 19, on the occasion of World Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Day. At LAINCO we reinforce our commitment to health and inclusion by joining the project “No puc esperar”, promoted by ACCU Catalunya.

This campaign aims to improve accessibility in public spaces by creating a network of accessible toilets, which can be used as a priority and free of charge by people affected by Inflammatory Bowel Disease, such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. In Spain alone, more than 300,000 people live with these pathologies, which have a significant impact on their daily lives.

Informative Webinar for the LAINCO Team

In order to inform and sensitize the internal team, we organized a corporate webinar in collaboration with ACCU Catalunya. During the session, Team LAINCO learned in depth what IBD is, how it affects the quality of life of those who suffer from it and why initiatives such as “No puc esperar” are so necessary to promote a more conscious and empathetic society.

This action is part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and reinforces our will to protect life, not only through scientific innovation, but also through social awareness.
