LAINCO has been selected to coordinate the RhizoNem project : New biocontrol strategies for nematode management using rhizospheric microorganisms, an innovative initiative that will be developed over the next three years.

This project has a total funding of 1.13 M€ (Grant CPP2023-010476) within the framework of the call for public-private collaboration projects 2023, funded by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities and the State Research Agency.

At RhizoNem, we will work together with:

• Leitat Technological Centerwith Dr. Kostadin Atanasov as principal investigator.
• University of Barcelonawith Dr. Rubén Alcázar Hernández as principal investigator.

Our goal is to develop sustainable biological solutions for nematode management, thus reinforcing our commitment to applied research and the development of environmentally friendly technologies.
