Montserrat Carulla, a visionary woman ahead of her time, played a crucial role in the history of LAINCO<\/a>. Although often overlooked, his influence was critical to the success and future of the company throughout its history. We are talking about Montserrat Carulla Soler <\/strong>(1903-1997, Barcelona), wife of Dr. Serrallach and co-founder of the company. <\/p>\n\n

Born in 1903, Montserrat shared the vision and efforts of her husband, Dr. Jos\u00e9 Antonio Serrallach since the beginning of LAINCO in 1934. Together, they laid the foundations of the laboratory, facing challenges and overcoming obstacles to make their entrepreneurial dream a reality.<\/strong> Montserrat played an active role in the management and administration of the company, taking charge of purchasing and contributing to strategic decision-making. She managed to have a great knowledge of all the processes that formed the day to day of Lainco, since she was involved and worked in each of the departments of the company. This helped her to gain first-hand knowledge of the entire operation of the company, knowledge that was of great help to her when she was forced to take charge of the company. <\/p>\n\n

During the Spanish Civil War, Jos\u00e9 Antonio made the difficult decision to flee the country, facing a period of uncertainty and risk. However, his commitment to LAINCO remained intact. Thus, Montserrat, a connoisseur of LAINCO’s product formulas and with a great background in all business processes, played a key role in the revitalization of the company, ensuring its continuity and future success<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Beyond her role as a businesswoman, Montserrat was discreet, determined and dedicated to her family. His tireless work and dedication were fundamental to LAINCO’s growth and stability. Since his death in 1997, his legacy lives on as a reminder of the importance of his contribution to the company. <\/p>\n\n
